BALTAZAR designer, Goose Baltazar Duarte is an artist who uses full-grain Italian leather as his canvas. An enthusiast of pre-1970 British Triumphs, Goose races vintage motorcycles and has been customizing these classics for the last ten years. He began making custom belts for The Sinners, a Southern California vintage motorcycle club, in 1999 when he net members at a motorcycle swap meet in Ventura, California. In November of 2003, Goose traveled to Yokohama, Japan with Jesse James (West Coast Choppers) and Rob Fortier to attend the 12th Annual Moon Eyes Car and Motorcycle show where Jesse James was the guest of honor. Plans for another trip to tour Japan with The Sinners are in the works. It is his love for motorcycles and the lifestyle and sensibilities surrounding them that motivate and inspire his collections.

Goose is largely responsible for the punk-rock aesthetic currently seen in the entertainment industry’s hipper circles. The company, now in its fourth year, has a loyal following of fans who request the belts by name.
