back ordered items
If you would like to purchase an item and it shows "(back ordered)", please complete your purchase - your credit card is never charged until your item is shipped to you. We will contact you to let you know when the item will be available. Or if you like, you can email us at customerservice@blondette.com to get more information.
shipping and handling
All orders placed will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will normally ship the following day pending availability and credit verification. Blondette will contact you with an e-mail in the unlikely event that a selected item is not in stock. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We use UPS and FedEx for delivery, and therefore are not able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, and PO Boxes. For deliveries within the United States, a UPS Ground delivery tracking number will be emailed to you from Quantum View.
Shipments handled by UPS will have a tracking number which will be sent to you via email (from Quantum View). For anyone within the continental United States, shipping and handling charges will be $10 for standard ground delivery (approximately 5-7 business days), and $20 for Express delivery (approximately 2-3 business days). Please contact us directly if you need an item immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you. All orders over $250 will receive FREE domestic standard ground shipping.
international shipping
For anyone outside the United States, standard international shipping charges are $20 for shipping via USPS Global Priority Mail (if available in destination country). Transit time varies by country but most shipments are delivered within 2 weeks of shipment date, depending on customs clearance. All taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Blondette is not responsible for transit time delays.
If you need your items sooner, we can ship via Global Express Guaranteed (a service of the USPS and FedEx). We will be happy to obtain a quote for that shipping cost for you. Please contact us by email and include in your message what items you will be purchasing and your ship to address, including postal code. If you must track your shipment, please request Global Express Guaranteed for international delivery.
returns and exchanges
Blondette prides itself on carrying the highest quality merchandise. If however, you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will be happy to exchange or issue store credit on any item (other than special orders, final markdowns, sunglasses or jewelry) which has not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Items will be accepted by mail within 21 days of receipt of purchase with original packing and invoice. Items returned after 21 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items purchased over 60 days prior are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to insure your package for the full value in case of loss.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number or will not be accepted. Please fill in the Return Authorization Request to receive an RA#. Write your RA# on your invoice and enclose with your return package.
To make an exchange, please make a note on your invoice of what you would like to exchange for. To ensure availability, please note the item when you submit your Return Authorization Request, and we will check availability and hold the item for you.
All special orders, final markdowns (discounted 50% or more), swimwear and jewelry items are FINAL SALES. No refunds or exchanges please.
