All special orders, final markdowns (any item discounted 50% or more), scarves and jewelry items are FINAL SALES. No refunds or exchanges please. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will be happy to either exchange or issue store credit on any item (other than special orders, final markdowns, scarves or jewelry - these items are final sale) which has not been worn, considered in unsaleable condition, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Items will be accepted by mail within 21 days of receipt of purchase with original packing and invoice. Items received after 21 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items returned with a postmark over 60 days will not be accepted. We will make up to two exchanges on your initial purchase only. The third shipment will be considered a FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for another return or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to insure your package for the full value in case of loss. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number or will not be accepted. Write your RA# on your invoice and enclose with your return package. To make an exchange, please make a note on your invoice of what you would like to exchange for. To ensure availability, please note the item when you submit your Return Authorization Request, and we will check availability and hold the item for you.
